I’d like to know what are the plans to upgrade the instance to the new 0.19 versions. Was there a recent blog post or any discussion happening regarding the upgrade ?

I tried searching for some informations and could not find anything!

Is there anything blocking the upgrade or regressions that needs fixing ?
