    I’ve used ecosia, startpage, quant, brave search. They’re all ok, but brave search has been the best so far. I still tell it to use Google sometimes, but not often. Second comes start page. Ecosia was ok, but not as good as the other two. That’s just my experience, though.

      Have you tried the paid search engine Kagi? It’s the best search engine I’ve used. No adverts, Really fast results and you can customise which domains you want to see in the results.

        I have not. I don’t think I want to pay for a search engine while we have a ton others that are free. Not knocking it down, but I just can’t justify it.

        Are the results good? I looked into it recently and thought the sample results on their webpage were poor. For their example “Steve Jobs” Search three of the top results where just the same Wikipedia page but in different languages
