I can also say it works very well, been running it for a few months now and its been super stable. There has been an odd behavior or two, but I can always figure out what’s going on by checking the github issues section. They have a super active community and updates get pushed regularly and frequently
Biggest benefit: has android and iOS mobile clients so you can get the whole family on board.
Very cool, seems very promising.
I’ve been using this for quite awhile now, it is fantastic, they only feature that was holding me back was public share urls for albums, which has since been implemented. Immich is fantastic.
Looks great, i tried the demo and it looks amazing. Defintley something to try out. Ive been meaning to find some alternative. Well done.
Immich looks really promising! I like what I see.
I’ve been using it off and on for a few months now. Very stable these days and really becoming quite nice! Highly recommend it to all my friends who knows what docker is and how to use it xD
Ummm, the tool looks very interesting, maybe that way I don’t have to use Google Photos anymore, since they will be on my server and I will always have control, although I should not exaggerate with the size of the multimedia files and only use it when they are important things.
Encryption?
Does it support tags? I have a huge collection of tagged images on my SSD (tagged with digiKam), will I be able to search for tags (and add/remove tags) using the mobile app?
looks like it can do metadata search https://immich.app/docs/features/search
Nice! I’ll definitely try it out then!
