This but unironically. Pretty good life choice lol, regardless of what the reason is.

Fine, nvm. You’re just not a very pleasant person. I do know what a lib is, it’s just that a weird stereotype that all of them are over-sensitive is not really accurate.
What is wrong with you? Do you behave like this in your real life? What does this have to do with libs?
I think it would just generally be stupid to say that. Boomers or no boomers. It sort of reflects badly on the organisation and I’m not even slightly suprised that they wouldn’t be pleased about it. You seem weirdly angry.
Not the best take. The apps still need to continue to be developed, adding new features and improvements along the way. That’s the cost of development. Not everything is just the cost of infrastructure. By that logic, McDonald’s workers shouldn’t be paid because it’s not their buns and patties, etc.
Arcane and Valorant. It’s a been there done that situation lol
I started with lemmy.world but haven’t used it since like the second day lol
Yeah, no idea. I’ve never even thought about it because no one cares about all that in India (at least usually).
Is travelling to another country with pirated movies an issue?
Damn, that’s a hot take lmao. Also a shit one imo but eh who cares about my opinion.
I’m curious enough to try it. I’ll ditch it if the first two episodes are terrible, and continue watching if it’s either good or fun-bad.
I could never do that lol. I barely care enough to talk to people and even I’d feel a little alone/I don’t like inconveniencing people. I do use Telegram for some people, but Signal is just used by nobody I know.
WhatsApp with most people (because that’s what everyone uses), Telegram with the people I talk to a lot (a few college friends and my parents). Insta here and there, but that’s mostly for people to send me reels, I don’t really use the app for anything else. I’ve not used Facebook or the messenger for many years.
Bluetooth earbuds on my phone. And wired earphones if I’m on my laptop.
While that’s also the case, there were enough normal people who weren’t tech nerds. The percentage of them here seems a LOT higher.
It really does feel like a majority of people are just older tech nerds.
I’m always so curious about new apps that I did sign up and try using threads before deciding it’s not for me. I use a ton of Google services and other big tech stuff. Frankly, I think I just stopped giving a rat’s ass and sacrifice privacy for convenience. I don’t see myself changing anytime soon. I would always pick better UX over mediocre/poor UX with better privacy. The thing that irritates me about Reddit is the terrible UX of the official app. But I’m also younger and haven’t faced anything as such, so I’m not afraid of my printer at the moment. My uncle who works in cybersecurity genuinely acts like the kind of guy who wants a bunker and is a total conspiracy theorist.
That’s the thing when I was using lemmy.world. Everything would look like it’s failing and load forever but it would actually go through. It was really annoying. Lemm.ee has been much better.
Ofc.
