That depends entirely how this all plays out. Its too soon to say. If his only defense is “just look at them” then I don’t think the SC would go for it, especially if Harris wins decisively or even in a landslide (highly improbable).
Do the dems win the senate and house? Are immediate impeachments on the table?
If there’s any ambiguity though (think hanging chads), then yeah Trump 100%. I just think the SCOTUS is filled with cowards who want a veneer of a lie to hide under.
I’m 99.997% certain we’re going to see Trump V. Harris.

Woah hey not all of us stoners advocate for dangerous driving. I also condemn high driving. The problem is that THC interferes with your ability to focus (at least for me). Distracted driving is dangerous driving.
Personally though, my fight is against a culture of car dependency. Better bike, bus, and rail infrastructure, combined with an investment in urbanized, high density housing would tackle this problem head on and lead to significant culture change and damage reduction, but Americans are allergic to well designed urban areas.
VR is a cool gimmick but I don’t enjoy it for gaming.

Bad news: if America goes under everyone goes under. You can’t rip out a backbone of the global markets and expect no fallout.

4·27 days agoHow many new accounts do you want? I delete and recreate my account all the time. I’d be happy to make new accounts and put a bunch of comments in them for you. I could make one a week or something.
Fr. I was so upset when they axed inbox. I found an alternative, but iirc you can’t bring your own email or something like that.
Interesting! The driving is the worst part of the game for me. I prefer to hoof it or take Jackie’s Arch if its too far to run. The driving feels like captaining a boat, it never reacts how I want it to. Maybe using a controller is part of that,I dunno. The whole entire rest of the game is fine though.
Well considering they came out in opposition to Trump and now they’re scrambling to figure out what to do with illegal orders, I really wouldn’t say they’re doing nothing.
