There’s enough goodness that you really don’t need pizza sauce on it, or at least I’ve never come across a sauce that works with pineapple. But the flavors and textures work well together.
As close as you can get to “eat soon”. It’ll have a decent air pocket developed and the membrane adhering to the shell will be weaker.
Similarly, I have an iPhone. It was provided by my employer for work purposes. It’s about as enjoyable as having a small stone in my shoe that can’t be removed. Oh, and the other shoe is half a size too small.
My Pixel is so much easier and makes more sense. I carry both when working and use the iPhone only when absolutely necessary.

Nope - absolutely the same here. There’s typically a stretch of property facing the street and potentially in an adjacent alley where the homeowner is responsible for basic maintenance (mowing the grass) but it’s used for utility access and may be taken off they decide to widen the roads. I’m sure exceptions exist, but less commonly.
They do, just not in the units you’re familiar with. They do calories per serving, and very commonly servings per package (in cases where people may be likely to eat the entire thing.) When listing serving sizes, where appropriate the serving sizes is described (how many pieces) and a weight in grams is listed.

BUT! I would absolutely take advantage of the discount I’d get on the property after it’s spent over a year on the market. I also wouldn’t be in a rush to remodel, but would look for ways to highlight it till the novelty wore off.
As a non denominational Christian that is sickened by the abuse by power hungry “Christians” I’m out here with you :). I get a raised eyebrow now and then since my boyfriend is a Jewish socialist, but honest to God he displays more characteristics of what we’re supposed to strive for in loving and caring for others than the majority of self proclaimed Christians I meet.
I work in hospice and regularly visit independent and assisted living facilities. Some are set up like duplexes, some are condo/apartment style. The costs of these facilities can be insane. One of the cheaper independent facilities I was seeing a patient in was charging just over $6000 month for a one room studio. Yes, utilities were included with basic basic cable channels.
I think part of the problem is that when those houses are opening up, investment groups are buying them for rentals.
Gen X as well here - I’ve come to the conclusion that while I’m not expecting to be able to afford to retire at a reasonable age and have no life insurance beyond what my employer offers, the one thing I’m hoping to be able to leave my children is my house. For so many years raising them we were broke and housing was definitely questionable at times, but now I’m about 6.5 years into a 30 year mortgage. If it can be maintained, at least they won’t have to worry (as much) about losing the roof over their heads. And if need be they’ll be able to sell it when I’m gone, and hopefully it’ll still be worth something.
Not a Texan, but as I understand if a state connects to other states then there are federal regulations that need to be followed.

Depends on the size of the household, ages and activities of people living there. Plus depending on the product and storage, most expiration dates have some wiggle room.

A titer test can check for immunity. I started working at a hospital late 2019 and they drew blood to test for certain immunities. At 48 years old I discovered that contrary to what my mother said, I indeed did have chicken pox at some time in my life lol. Also due to a slightly incomplete record, I ended up with some boosters - MMR being one of them.
