I’ll start looking for it! 👍

I’ll have to check that one out!
Gameye on Android
IX might be my favorite of all time, and I would have camped out overnight to have that on something like the DS.
At least we’re getting some re-releases on the Switch now. 🤷
I’ve been eyeing the collection on Switch! Just hard to justify when I have so many other ways to play those games already. My money is finite, unfortunately.
I do love the soundtracks though, and that also makes it tempting. I play a lot of theatrythm on both 3DS and Switch.
Yes I have, I open up every cart I purchase used and give it a good clean before testing it in a system. They are all genuine carts (and the DS FFIII I bought new on release).
I wish! I still don’t have a PSP or Vita 😮💨
Just GBA, Square Enix did all these releases for it and I’m a big fan of the series and the system. Just threw Tactics in because it’s also “Final Fantasy” on the GBA. And figured I’d put the DS III in there too for the hell of it.
I have the original Tactics installed on my PS Classic. 🤷
Thank you!
Ghostbusters II for NES and Game Boy (the ones developed by Hal) are the only good retro Ghostbusters games, and the only ones worth playing! Though, the Sega Genesis games is okay.
I really can’t pick a favorite. Growing up, it was Link’s Awakening. But if I had to pick only one today and I’m being honest, it would have to be Tetris.
If I had to grab something to play right this second… It would probably be something Kirby. Though I have been thinking about getting back into Harvest Moon lately.
Fwow13 > Fwow12
I actually grabbed Tetris Attack just a month or so ago, and I’ve really liked it! I played it quite a bit with my 10 year old daughter, we compared a lot of our scores and shared passwords for advancing the campaign.
Also love that the campaign has a Yoshi’s Island themed story with multiple characters and little cutscenes of Yoshi running to new areas.
Thanks, it’s great to play on!
I didn’t do anything special - I purchased the cheapest shell I could back when I modded it because of all the shell trimming that’s required to accommodate the new screen. Just happened to be a white shell, and I used the OEM buttons and membranes. The end result didn’t look bad, so I never made any plans to change it 🤷🏻.
This was a game in our house because my little sister had it. (Everyone in our home growing up had their own Game Boy, so games got passed around quite a bit). It’s in my library of games now because she lost interest in all her Game Boy stuff years ago and handed it all over to me.
Growing up, none of us could beat that stupid game - my brother and I always got stuck on the Juke Box boss. It wasn’t until sometime in college that I finally figured out how to get past it. Now it takes me around 30 min or so to blow through the game and have that date with Ken!
It’s an awful game, but I’ve played worse - and I have that personal history with it now so it will forever stay in my game hoard.
I’ve unintentionally purchased a counterfeit before too, it was so good - I didn’t even consider it was counterfeit at first. It took a lot of scrutinizing once (I was suspicious) to confirm it, some of them are impressively accurate!
Barbie doesn’t seem like a horrible game to counterfeit, it’s pretty short and doesn’t have a battery backed save function. Still an interesting choice in game for someone to reproduce, as I doubt there’s much of a market for that one.
Now… It’s when I hear my wife stirring 😴🫣
It’s fun! Crank up the speed and traffic, and it gets ridiculous trying to get your chicken across! Great head-to-head game, wish we had had this one at home when I was a kid.
