Been playing since 2009. Sure I’ve taken breaks, sometimes multiple years, but I always return.

The old saying is true, “You never quit runescape, you just take breaks”

Yeah I have the enhanced and 4/6 armour seeds. I know I can do without, I have done a few raids already. I just don’t feel like doing more raids with a d-crossbow if I’m this close to finishing crystal. Especially since using the bowfa is a ton of fun (been using it with the crystal top and slayer helm on some tasks). It would also make stuff like Bandos/Cerb etc better.

I’ve been afking shooting stars at work. Still a while off 92 mining sadly. I’d love amethyst for the BP. I have a ton of Addy darts but they suck since the BP nerfs.

I got spooned a dpick at cal’varion this week and have also been afk levelling woodcutting. Almost at 85 to boost for the kourend diary.

Kinda burnt out on osrs though. I want to learn CoX and ToB but I’m trying to get full crystal first. Missing 2 more seeds but CG is just so boring.

I’m glad they at least tried, it gives them more experience with larger “changing the feel” type of updates.

Regarding the DT2 rewards I felt 4 new bosses with bis rings was already a bit too much so I’m not sad on that front. I just hope the lore holds up, the quests leading up to it were great and had nice puzzles.

I’m actually pretty glad they got scrapped. I wasn’t really keen on the prayers they offered. It was a ton of DPS increase, which together with all the new high dps gear we got recently seemed a bit overkill. Adding to that, from what my friends who had a chance to try them told me, the prayers had huge prayer drain and could be 1-tick flicked. I was pretty worried 1-tick flicking ruinous powers would have become meta for any group pve content.

This made me check, I’m less than 10 tracks away from music cape. I think I can even do them all.

Nice! Herb patches are great, especially the disease free ones.

Are you using quest guides or doing the quests yourself?

I got my quest cape back this weekend and loved doing the riddles in garden of death(?) and secrets of the north.

It’s incredibly impressive that osrs has been going for this long and is holding steady player counts. At this point it’s older than rs was when EOC happened.

Hope it will stay for a couple more decades.

I’m excited for DT2, I love questing and look forward to the new story.

A bit scared of the new prayers though, they appear to be 1-tick flickable and have insane prayer drain. Worried new pvm content will be balanced with 1-tick flicking new prayers in mind.
