There was a person in there once who was forcibly evicted in favor of a monster.
When you think about it, the primary reason for taking Crimea was because Russia needed a port to maintain its Black Sea Fleet. Now that the Moskva and most of that fleet have been upgraded to submarines in said Black Sea, do they still even need the port?

That phenomenon isn’t exclusive to AI. A societal structure where a minuscule number of people amass all wealth and see themselves as gods is an inherently evil system.
Everything they do and everything they create is a means to increase their wealth and power at the expense of everyone else. At the expense of the planet itself. Regulators, courts, the government, and every other institution become captured vehicles that exist to increase their wealth and power. The people are made poorer and poorer while being distracted by bread and circuses.
The only war is class war.
In that case, Bernie’s executive orders would have blotted out the sun. How do courts strike down student loans being forgiven under a new legal theory every month?
There’s an alternate timeline where Bernie won in 2016 and restored the middle class in America. Living wages, affordable housing, affordable everything, universal healthcare, and a common sense foreign policy.
I’m not saying he’s perfect. He would have made mistakes. But he would have been the best president since FDR.
