LineageOS would probably also be a decent choice if they don’t absolutely have to have no Google at all.

No, this is from 2004.
You’re doing fine. Have a good one!
Liewe fok. Nie gedink ek gaan julle lot hier sien nie.
My native language is close to Dutch and while I don’t understand exactly what you just said, it sounds funny as hell.
Pixeldroid is a third party app. Pixelfed has their own official app as well if that matters to anyone.
Like most of the apps at the moment, it’s under active development and improving rapidly. Don’t give up on any of the apps you try too quickly.
I’m in the same boat. Liftoff is working well at the moment but I’m waiting for Slide to get better.
I know RedReader is one of the apps that’s being allowed as an accessibility tool. But, even then they’ll still be cut off from NSFW content if I understand right. This means you get access to some of Reddit but, obviously not all of it, which is just BS for anyone who wants to keep using it.
I’m holding out for Slide for Lemmy as another Android user. But, wefwef is pretty good so far.
I don’t have the Deck, so I kept my answer conservative. Glad to hear PS2 also works well. Might be more worth it for the OP.
The Steam Deck is supposedly an emulation powerhouse from what I’ve heard. Could be a good option if you don’t mind playing older FIFA titles from the PS1 era or similar.
Middle-click might be an option for you too. One handed operation and I’m pretty sure it works on most browsers.
I’m torn between both sides of this argument. If I lost access to Netflix I wouldn’t be too bothered. But, I also understand that other people see the value in it and would be happy to subscribe if they lost access to an account that was shared with them.
