Andre Braugher was a very talented guy. Getting him on Brooklyn Nine-Nine was a huge win and without Homicide: LotS his comedic turn wouldn’t have been funny in and of itself. As much as I like the entire cast of Brooklyn Nine-Nine I think he was the only actor whose character would have turned out wildly different if it had been played by someone else.

I’m currently deep into the 7th season of Scrubs right now and I was just thinking what series I should start next so it looks like Brooklyn Nine-Nine is gonna be it. R.I.P.

[email protected] is a pretty great community if you’re into movies and tv. It’s where a lot of the regulars from [email protected] went after the lemmy.film instance was shut down.

I buy nearly everything generic but generic Band-Aids have terrible adhesive so I always buy name brand.

Yeah, this is a case of a brand that’s been subject to trademark genericization where the knock-offs and generic products genuinely aren’t as good.

Yeah, Mastodon is much larger than Lemmy yet it feels like shouting into the void. I like it as a means to keep up on news by following journalists who’ve fled twitter but I’ve yet to get any real interaction on my posts.
