Just about any highly acclaimed cinematic games that take away control from the player via cutscenes or by completely lacking fail states thereby bringing the game to a halt until you press the one button they want you to for the illusion of engagement.
The key to inclusive UI/UX is customizability, starting with a simplified template and allowing the individual user to build from there.
I wouldnt limit yourself to native linux. Check out protondb.com. You can even use non-steam games through steam for use with proton (or if you’re feeling more technical you could use other tools that are more hands on).
It’s fantastic! My biggest gripe about the flat version is how rigid movement feels, which is completely remedied by motion tracking controls.
