The incident occured just a week after Polymarket successfully predicted President-elect Donald Trump’s win.
you misspelled manipulated the market so shady people could pump and dump
not surprised since crooks love corrupt officials
piracy is more important now than ever before because fuck american companies, the billionaires that own them, and the american economy.
just stop supporting american companies already; trump’s already going to ruin the economy so if you stop supporting american businesses it’ll crash faster. pirate that shit if you have to.

sounds like another job for the return youtube dislikes guy
looks like those clowns in congress did it again. what a bunch of clowns.
the benefit i can see is that instead of having to share out to other social media, you can just see it in any fediverse account you have thanks to activity pub which eliminates one of the barriers to being viral.
that said i don’t think it will get mainstream appeal.
i mean hemorrhaging users and engagement is why they’re trying to monetize whatever they can
do third party twitter developers even exist anymore?
never understood the backlash in the first place considering comic sans was one of the most accessible fonts
jack didn’t found bluesky he was just on a board which provided some early funding; he had no role in the development.
and the butterfly was partially due to the community. https://bsky.social/about/blog/12-21-2023-butterfly
bsky is currently the only social network with a woman of colour ceo, which is pretty awesome imo (i hate how people always try to incorrectly say jack dorsey created it when it erases jay’s work)
dorsey left because he wanted to moderation and for it to be the wild west like twitter though…
you can also follow bsky users on mastodon and mastodon users on bsky using bridgyfed.
mastodon blew it by attacking people who had legitimate concerns about the service during the first migration.
apple said hey i heard you like copilot so here’s an ipad built for ai that costs even more than copilot
because bsky actually listened to their users and implemented features they asked for unlike mastodon who attacked migrators during the first twitter migration.
bsky also had a bunch of marginalised people - including trans people - as early adopters that helped shape their views on moderation.
