Not defending the company per se. I assume they are just as scummy as the next, but I don’t see why everyone would sign up. There’s next to no value there if you don’t travel alot
Dislike this. I never saw it as a wealthy skip the line. It’s not that expensive . And they are on their private jets already. It’s great for those of us that travel enough for work that it justifies the cost. When you fly more than once a week it’s nice to be able to pay to not have to wait for those that do it twice a year(and are not as efficient due to lack of practice)
For me it isn’t about knowing when it’s done, it’s about it continuously annoying me if I still haven’t flipped it an hour later
Maybe I got got by an ad who knows, but I will say this. Pillow cube is the best sleep I have ever had
Knew an Alex cox once
Rip way too young
Unpopular opinion. I agree with him.
As long as they continue to follow the gpl which they are, and contribute back to upstream I do not see the issue. It is entirely within their right to charge for free as in freedom not free as in beer software. This is pretty much exactly what the gpl says.
That being said this could be the start of a slippery slope for red hat and Foss business models and will certainly be keeping an eye on it.
Lol currently at Maplewood
