Surprised no one has mentioned Neko yet
Or the LibreWolf fork 😁
I actually used pipx to get yt-dlp into Termux.
At least that’s how it worked for me
Using Termux you can get yt-dlp installed and running on Android
I’m using uBlock, so far it works no problem for me :)
Meanwhile Comma is looking pretty interesting
So it’s the “We can take down what we don’t like”-Act

So. What can I for ya?
Now someone needs to make AR glasses with the sole purpose to detect and blur out ads
My guess is because it’s not the original developer for the app. So they are still figuring things out on how to transition the app to Lemmy.
But I have no doubt they’ll get there :)
Android app for lemmy (previously reddit).
Has subscription (which removes ads and enables more features) or one time payment (for no ads only).
Gets bashed / made fun of because of this and because its not open source.
Where’s Infinity?
Was as surprised as you but it does. Not from the official developer mind you but as a fork on Codeberg (still early pre-release aka Alpha).
What someone else suggested is to use Obtainium which can help manage Updates for apps directly from the authors repository (as long as it isn’t officially on an F-Droid repo 🙂)
Did my part. Hope it helps
