Is it available for iOS? The native podcast app is unbelievably confusing.
I understand that the cost per item is the same, but I simply don’t need that many bottles (or whatever it is). So if I get the bundle, I’m spending more money to have more junk in my household.
So basically, I’m paying more for the three items that I do need and end up with a bunch of leftover crap. This is not hypothetical. I still have a bunch of leftover stuff that I’m not using in my drawers from scenarios like these.
For example, let’s say I needed a clear container tube for something like lotion. And I only need one, or two. But definitely no more than 5.
Amazon will only sell something like 12 pieces for over $10, whereas on aliexpress, I’ll be able to purchase 1 or 2 for $0.33.
That’s exactly what I do because amazon basically sells the same stuff as aliexpress, only amazon insists on selling stuff in higher quantities to jack up prices.
Well, as they say: “I’m going my part”.
I try to make it a point to post questions on communities that have not kicked off yet, knowing that I most likely will not receive a response for a while.
I honestly haven’t paid attention where it starts going up. But I always thought that doing the two “?”s in Spanish was pretty clever for that reason.
English can do that too, but it’s not really a “proper” way of doing it. The proper way would be to say “is that food?”
There are languages where the only way to pose a question is to change the intonation.
Oh ok, I get it now. I guess I expected meme to be more funny than just true.
Can someone explain this meme to me?
Nah, Firefox is actually a good browser. I’ve switched to Firefox ever since I heard about the upcoming changes and have never wanted to switch back.
I understand your point and opinion, but I think that, for us humans, it has more to do with similarity to our native language.
My boyfriend is very good at picking up languages, so he’s been pretty good at picking up Russian too. But yea, he mentioned the unpredictable stress thing being a bitch and that’s something I never noticed.
Haha, that’s exactly what I just posted. 100% agree
I also feel like there often is a temptation for people to believe that one’s native language is hard.
There are no objectively “hard” or “easy” languages. What makes certain languages “hard” is their difference from one’s native language.
But it’s also simpler in many ways. For example, it doesn’t use the verb “to be”. So, for example, instead of saying “I’m a boy”, you would say “I boy”.
Neither does Russian, Ukrainian, and I’m guessing, many other Slav languages.
That can’t be it. I’m seeing “liftoff” and that’s an ios app.
I agree. Wearing shoes inside is really gross.
