22·6 months agoThe point was we need to take care of citizens first and we haven’t even done that. That’s the first order of government. I guess one could argue that giving everyone people who are not here legally services are protecting the public. Anyway, I was trashed last night so sorry for the rant but I still feel that the government isn’t doing all its can for its citizens first.
I’m a caretaker for someone with schizophrenia and the mental health services and coverage available in this state is completely inadequate. So politicians go on stage and say things like we’re going to give everyone healthcare and it is all shit.
Great step for what? Mental healthcare in the state is horrible. Can’t care for its own citizens but here we are.
Speaking with some authority here as I am guardian of a mentally ill family member. California vs Texas both are equally shitty when it comes to dealing with crazy. Housing is part of the major problem and no one dare fucking tackle that.

201·10 months agoDoubt is a sign of intelligence. Which can sometimes lead to confidence issues. Just try to keep things in perspective and not let doubt keep you from taking calculated risks. It’s when we allow ourselves to become paralyzed that things regress. A lot of it is environment as well so there’s no simple answer but I can assure you thet you’re not alone.

I was on tilt because I took the bait. And then I got confused because I’m like this doesn’t make sense gas is safe. And then I’m wondering why isn’t a pair of lungs on display not flagged as not safe for work. Then I looked at the forum and then I got even more confused because I’m stoned. Had to finish high school out of church because a kid literally burned down the school. He got expelled and on his way out the door he said I’m going to burn this m*********** to the ground and he did.
Person I went to school with got strung out on meth and decided to murder three gas station attendants.
So yeah the entire thing is stupid. As if protest and crime are new concepts due to a new world order brought about by liberalism.
These are serious issues no doubt but when I see all the memes about this song in particular all I can think about, " The sky is falling Chicken Little" or “if these kids could read they’d be angry” or “it’s funny until it happens to me”
