Isn’t the whole point that china wants to implement it themselves so they would know if it’s secure (i.e. has no western backdoors and has chinese backdoors)?
Doesn’t seem there is anything that they can do lol
Your fault for buying a phone that doesn’t respect you: it has efuses (knox). Buying a regular Android phone that lets you fully restore it without a trace is the way to go.
before making flying expensive you need to provide actual alternatives first, or else you are risking of electing populists who will reverse it quite quickly. quite a few countries in the EU still don’t have good train service.
I don’t think that Titanic is a good example. Being inside a ship is disorienting, you don’t see the horizon and it’s always moving. You need to be told to evacuate by people who understand the situation and know what is happening.
Driving a car and not slowing down when you are supposed to doesn’t really compare to that.
Tesla drivers don’t crash their cars because Elon says stupid things. They crash their cars because they themselves are stupid. Everything else is just meaningless justification.
Good thing it’s harder to get a drivers license in Europe. From watching some US driving tests, it seems all you need to do is drive around the block for ten minutes.
That first example is just pure stupidity on the driver - crashes when the “autopilot” makes a sudden, unexpected movement are clearly the automations fault, but seeing that your car isn’t slowing down when approaching a school bus and just “waiting to see what happens” is why that person should never be able to drive ever again.
FYI, imgur specially blocks viewing images when used with more strict privacy settings on Firefox. It even loads the title bar, but then purposefully blocks everything with a gray screen. A better image host would be appreciated!
Does the price aspect of the pathfinding penalties mean that induced demand will be properly simulated now?
They learned from their mistakes and didn’t try to ship something crap. Also reviews helped, in part due to the fact that Windows didn’t have drivers for a while after launch.
Almost all games are supported on Linux, with the exception of games with invasive anti-cheat, but those rootkits shouldn’t be installed on Windows either.
Seems like 5G has finished the trickle down to budget phones. And it seemed so far away just a few years ago…
Why not help them and install ublock origin?
Valve is basically carrying Linux gaming. While no one should trust a corporate entity, their actions speak pretty loudly. Thanks, Valve.
Many people advise to just quit it anyways and if your family actually cares about you, they’ll switch. Works as a great relatives filter too.
