Im honestly surprised, I feel like I couldn’t even fire a 9mm pistol from a scooter accurately enough to hit my target without falling down from more than maybe 10ft out. Maybe im just thinking too much about not trying to hit other things though, Id imagine just spraying could work but thats beyond irresponsable and way more likely to leave the target your aiming at alive.
Thats what gets me though, If you’re convinced you need to shoot someone and you do so sloppily, they have a higher chance of living and you have a higher chance of getting caught. If your target lives you likely become a target yourself, or at best now theres a firsthand witness and you can be put away much longer. Its similarly bad for you if you hit bystanders. It’s like popping a zit with a hammer.
I presume this is gang warfare and the intent is to attack the enemy gang rather than to kill someone in particular. Shooting bystanders does seem to get a lot more police attention than shooting other gang members, but maybe this was a group of enemy gang members.

It doesn’t seem like these guys were firing accurately - I doubt that “1 dead, 3 injured” was their specific intent.
