  • One in five women in the United States experienced completed or attempted rape during their lifetime.

The chances of having a miscarriage is 1 in 4 pregnancies.

Multiply those statistics for every girl and women in your family.

Add in the fact that red states have disproportionately more sexual violence than blue states.

Are those odds you are willing to take?

No one is say moving well be easy. But you can start saving, planning, and applying for positions in safer areas. (politically, economically, and socially.) You don’t have to just move your core family. Everyone that cares about women’s rights can move too. If migrant women with no job, no prospects, no money, and no path to citizenship to receive services can do it, so can you.

Red states don’t deserve you. Every day you play the odds

  • In over 50% of America’s land area Rapists get to pick the mother of their child.

    Flee red states.

The only why they’ll learn is if the rational people leave. The whole fill strategy will never work because red states need you more than you need them.

    Flee red states!

Project 2025 advocates for tracking of child barring age women and girls. They will turn you into brood sows the moment they get a chance and justify it as the moral good.

    Flee red states!

Blue states aren’t perfect but we at least know what freedom is and don’t need a 2000 yeast old book to decide what we should do next.

  • May point is arguing from the already compromised position didn’t bring about enough change.

I am not Naive to, the realities of this world.

I am not Naive to, the past pains and harms done to others that brought us to the current state of the world.

I am not Naive to, the fact that change happens slowly and rearly without violence.

I am not Naive to, the fact that I will not get everything I want financially, politically, or socially.

I am not Naive to the fact that those that oppose my beliefs and values may come to do harm to me and those like me.

    I am not Naive.

But I do know what’s Naive.

It is Naive, to argue from an already compromised position.

It is Naive, to not take on other struggles as your own because those that wish to do harm are on your side.

It is Naive to, forget the lessons from the past.

It is Naive to, think those worse off don’t hold limitless potential.

It is Naive to, not argue for the most kind and empathetic position as possible.

Because the compromise will be less kind and empathetic than the compromises that came before.

    We are not Naive.

  • Lol you’ve drank too much of the coolaid. The ACA was better than what we had before but still not even close to fixing our disastrous Healthcare System. Middle class people still can’t afford preventive care and the line between the poors and the middle class just gets smaller every day with the shrinking of the middle class. There is no marginal growth/change when we know the answer to this problem. Anything short of universal health care coverage cost none wealthy people their lives.

  • Yes they should have but didn’t because of a vague law that does not lay out exactly when the mothers life is in danger. Does she have to be in pain? Conscious? Bleeding? Irregular heartbeat? Does the fetus have to viable? The law does not allow for interpretation so hospitals literally have to wait until the women is in cardiac arrest to act. So yes if this women was in any normal state with normal defined laws that don’t restrict how doctors decide what their patients need. So yes they should have acted but couldn’t.

  • Yup large industrial farming owned by a handful of corporations that are in turn owned by even fewer hedge funds and billionaires will cause this. Smaller farms, individually owned by actual farmers, actually care about the quality of their food and with smaller batches less people are harmed when mistakes are made. But large industrial farms? Poisoning/killing people and the small fines handed out is just the cost of doing business. A smaller farm operation couldn’t allow their reputation to be harmed in this way. Larger operations have a pseudo Monopoly on the market, so if people want onions they have to do business with the people serving literally shit drenched onions.
