This drawing is from the trailer tent journal. It was a very nice October weekend, at the peak of fall colors. The kids gathered all the leaves and made a huge pile to bury me to jump out of like a monster. After a few slow mo video captures, I had them bury me again and had a great nap. I can smell that drawing.

It’s really unfortunate…. I have discovered that one definitely can get too old for jumping into leaves. My back still hasn’t forgiven me….
Mud puddles, I’ll never outgrow!
Maybe but you never get too old to be buried under the leaves. Assuming the buriers will agree to pull you up once you are done.
Well, yes, but someone had to show the kids how it was done. It was worth it.
Très mignon!
